The potential of RFID
Objective analysis
RFID technology has enormous potential, but it must be tailored to the specific needs of each business. That is why we always start by analysing the customer's needs, followed by a technical and economic feasibility study.
Field surveys
Next, a pilot project is developed, which allows testing the effectiveness of the solution before moving on to its large-scale implementation.
RFID and Hardware
A crucial part of the process is the field analysis, which allows to define the best combination of tags and reading devices based on the environmental conditions and the customer's production process.
Digitization: data collection
In some cases, following this analysis, the need to design one or more customized hardware emerges, to ensure that the solution is perfectly suited to the company's requests and objectives.
Data transmission to the management system
Next, a pilot project is developed, which allows testing the effectiveness of the solution before moving on to its large-scale implementation.
Case Studies
Some solutions developed for our customers.
Hardware Consulting
Textile Industry
Hardware consulting to ensure field data readings, system design, and validation. Design and supply of 1,200,000 units/year of a custom TAG developed to reliably manage production progress.
Production progress system
Food & Beverage
Development and implementation of an RFID tracking system to monitor production progress in the fresh produce and creamy product departments.
The solution is based on the digitalization of the platforms that move the molds, allowing complete traceability of the process: from production times, to periods spent in storage cells, up to arrival at the packaging facilities.
Development of dedicated TAGs and reading points
Textile Industry
Development of a dedicated TAG, analysis of operating conditions to identify the TAG application methodology (grain size, position, orientation, materials, etc.). Design and construction of specially engineered reading points.
RFID Consulting
Chemical Industry
Implementation of a digitisation system to ensure the monitoring and tracking of items along the supply chain.

Why did we choose RFID technology?
Why give voice to items?
Raffaele Cinaglia: "While currently the vast majority of companies adopting RFID are motivated primarily by operational and intra-company drivers, the technology's true potential will emerge as companies recognize its strategic and inter-company benefits. The promise is to connect the entire supply chain, offering benefits to all stakeholders and guaranteeing the end customer greater traceability and transparency of purchased products.

Operational level
Production optimization, internal and external logistics, inventory management and production progress.
Strategic level
Transparency and traceability, sustainability declarations.
Intra-company
Accelerate processes and increase productivity.
Inter-company
Product fulfillment times, customer and supplier relationships, interconnected supply chain.

Global RFID tag adoption per year

“ We have noticed that the variability in tag readings is among the main obstacles to RFID adoption by Italian companies. Ensuring devices capable of reading 100% of tags means allowing companies to access the numerous advantages guaranteed by the technology. ”
