A new partnership to accelerate the digital transformation of Italian industry
MADE - Competence Center Industria 4.0 announces the entry of Csolutions into its network of technology partners, broadening the network of companies committed to supporting the digitalisation of the Italian manufacturing sector.
Csolutions, a company based in Genoa and led by Raffaele Cinaglia, specialises in consulting, design, and development of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) solutions, and manufactures innovative hardware devices. These solutions are designed to optimise the tracking and management of products and business processes, facilitating the digitalisation of operations. The company has already filed several patents and is currently testing a number of advanced RFID tag reader device prototypes.
"Joining the MADE network is a fundamental step for us. The collaboration allows us to develop solutions that make Italian companies increasingly competitive, through technologies that ensure accurate, error-free data capture — a critical factor for companies looking to optimise their processes" — says Raffaele Cinaglia, CEO of Csolutions — "Our strength lies in providing precise and reliable data. However, it is when that data is used to make operational decisions that a real difference is made, improving efficiency, optimising processes, and increasing productivity."
The devices developed by Csolutions are designed to guarantee precise product tracking, ensuring a perfect match between business operations and the data recorded in information systems.
Csolutions' solutions are applied across various industrial sectors for operations including picking (product selection), inbound goods monitoring, shipment control, and production tracking.
Beyond the short-term benefits of process optimisation, increased productivity, and the reduction of waste and defects, these technologies enable supply chain connectivity, creating added value for the entire supply chain.
Csolutions is also investing in the development of even more advanced devices, capable of combining RFID technology with artificial intelligence, robotics, and real-time location systems (RTLS), to further automate business processes, including in complex environments.
Paola Barletta, Business Developer at Csolutions, highlights the importance of proven and reliable solutions: "The development of proprietary hardware responds to our clients' needs, guaranteeing 100% accurate reading and eliminating errors and variability — two of the main barriers to RFID technology adoption."
MADE Competence Center welcomes Csolutions into its network, further reinforcing its commitment to supporting the digitalisation of Italian companies.
"Csolutions joining the MADE 4.0 partner network offers Italian manufacturing companies an additional opportunity to access cutting-edge technologies for the collection and analysis of production data. Digitalisation also depends on the ability to gather real-time information and transform it into competitive value. We are also particularly pleased that MADE 4.0 is attracting not only major international players but also innovative Italian micro and small enterprises" — said Augusto Decastro, Director General of MADE Competence Center — "MADE hosts over 100 demonstrators that allow companies to see firsthand the opportunities offered by digital technologies. Keeping them up to date and keeping pace with technological evolution is fundamental for MADE 4.0."
